Kate is an experienced community manager and technologist currently leading Code of Conduct enforcement across Mozilla’s contributor communities. Their diverse background includes building technology learning communities like Women Who Code and Tech Liminal, organizational crisis management with Polpeo, counseling with Crisis Text Line, managing large moderation teams at Europe’s largest independent agency, accessibility at Disney Imagineering, and an array of open standards contributions to the W3C and IETF.
