several pages of lined paper for impromptu sign-up sheets
pens for writing on said sheets, and for people who lose/forget theirs

ethernet cords (george will bring 8 cables, plus a 4-port hub)
recording equipment - cameras, microphones, etc.
if food will be on site: cups, plates, napkins (and utensils depending on the type of food) (no food will be provided other than coffee)
several large sheets of posterboard for big signs (schedules, recording procedures, etc.) (jono bringing them)
