several pages of lined paper for impromptu sign-up sheets
pens for writing on said sheets, and for people who lose/forget theirs

ethernet cords (george will bring 8 cables, plus a 4-port hub)
recording equipment - cameras, microphones, etc. (jefro will try to bring 1 flipcam)
if food will be on site: cups, plates, napkins (and utensils depending on the type of food) (no food will be provided other than coffee)
